BACKGROUND

In February 2018, a new development was proposed at Springmill Road and 96th Street on the Northeast and Northwest Corners for St. Vincents. On June 5, 2018, the proposal was withdrawn but in an internal notice from St. Vincents, they conveyed that they intended to reanalyze and refile a comprehensive vision for the property. On September 28, 2018 CEO Nalli of St. Vincent's announced they had purchased the land at 96th and SpringMill. A new proposal is expected to be refiled in the future, date unknown.

A group of concerned neighbors from Hamilton and Marion Counties have organized to share information to proptect neighbor's interests.
